INGREDIENTS: Aqua (water), Glycerin, Honey (MGO™ 400+ Manuka Honey), Alcohol, Propolis Cera (BIO30™ New Zealand Propolis), Mentha piperita (Peppermint) oil, Pimpinella anisum seed (Aniseed) oil, Commiphora myrrha (Myrrh) oil, Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) oil, Xanthan gum.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake well before use. Spray 3-4 times into the mouth. Repeat as required.
WARNING: Propolis may cause severe allergic reactions. Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.

I was coughing regularly after getting COVID last year. This spray definitely eased the throat pain. It actually tastes great. My coughing is much better now but I still carry this spray just in case.
I used the spray once during the night and it gave me relief for the rest of the night
